Pennybridge needs some funds to establish the service and spread it around the world.
We are looking for capital, but from the "right" investors. We have in our Article of Association limited the share dividend, so that the accumulated dividend is maximum government borrowing rate + 5% (based on the implied enterprise value at the recent share issue).
The "right" investor is you who would put an honor in being one of those who made Pennybridge possible even though we have limited the financial upside - you who appreciate the good Pennybridge will do even higher.
